Andrews Space (originally Andrews Space & Technology) was an American aerospace engineering company founded in Seattle, Washington in 1999 by Jason Andrews and Marian Joh. The company worked on a wide range of spacecraft and launch-vehicle subsystems and studies for NASA, the U.S. Air Force, DARPA and the U.S. Army, including a 2003 NASA study on commercial cargo logistics to the International Space Station, a role as a finalist in NASA's Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) competition in 2006, and a $250 million Air Force IDIQ contract in 2011 for reusable booster system work.

Andrews Space also developed hardware products including radiation-hardened PCI/104 power cards and solar panels for CubeSats, the CORTEX avionics suite for small satellites, magnetorquers for attitude control, and a Cargo Module Power Unit used on Orbital Sciences' Cygnus spacecraft, and it proposed vehicle concepts such as the Gryphon reusable spaceplane, the Peregrine small launch vehicle and the SHERPA orbital tug. In 2013 the company won a contract to build the Kestrel Eye 2 imaging microsatellite.

In 2015, Andrews Space merged with Spaceflight, Inc. and BlackSky Global under the umbrella of Spaceflight Industries, with Andrews Space's hardware and engineering business continuing as 'Spaceflight Systems,' a subsidiary of that holding company. Andrews Space no longer exists as an independently branded company; its engineering work continued inside the Spaceflight/BlackSky corporate lineage after the 2015 merger.
