The company was acquired by AAC Microtec in 2019 and now operates as the UK division of AAC Clyde Space. Clyde Space built its reputation by producing flight-proven power systems — electric power systems (EPS) and solar panels for 1U to 12U CubeSats — as well as integrated satellite platforms. The company has supplied hardware to over 100 missions across universities, commercial operators, and government agencies globally, making it one of the most widely flown smallsat component suppliers in history.
