The company was acquired by Honeywell Aerospace in 2016, giving Honeywell's space business a deep catalog of qualified space RF hardware and Com Dev's manufacturing expertise in Cambridge. The Cambridge facility continued operating as Honeywell's space RF manufacturing center.
