COMSPOC Corporation is an Exton, Pennsylvania-based commercial space situational awareness (SSA) company, spun off from AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.) in 2020 — operating what is described as the first operational commercial SSA center, providing high-accuracy satellite catalog services, conjunction analysis, threat detection software, and real-time space domain visualization tools to satellite operators, government agencies, and national security customers.

AGI (now Ansys Government Initiatives following Ansys's acquisition) is best known for creating STK (Systems Tool Kit), the dominant commercial software tool for spacecraft trajectory simulation, mission analysis, and space system modeling used by virtually every space program globally. COMSPOC was created by extracting AGI's operational SSA capabilities — including active data collection networks, proprietary tracking sensors, and the specialized algorithms for high-fidelity catalog maintenance — into a separate commercial entity that could compete directly in the emerging commercial SSA market as a data and services provider rather than a software company.

COMSPOC's core offering is a high-accuracy space object catalog that goes beyond the US Space Surveillance Network's publicly available catalog (maintained by the 18th Space Control Squadron at Vandenberg SFB, published via Space-Track.org): COMSPOC's catalog incorporates data from commercial sensors, proprietary observation networks, and advanced orbit determination algorithms to produce more accurate and more frequently updated orbital elements, particularly for resident space objects in lower-confidence portions of the public catalog. This improved accuracy reduces false conjunction alerts (which waste operator time) and catches real close approaches that less accurate catalogs miss.

Threat detection capabilities analyze satellite behavioral anomalies — unusual maneuvers, rendezvous approaches, signal jamming events — and flag them for space domain awareness operators responsible for protecting high-value satellite assets. The real-time visualization tools (building on AGI's STK heritage) provide interactive 3D orbital environment displays used in space operations centers.
