Deep Blue's Nebula-1 (星云一号) is a small-lift liquid-oxygen/kerosene rocket with approximately 500 kg payload to low Earth orbit. The company conducted a series of sub-orbital VTVL (vertical takeoff, vertical landing) hop tests with the Nebula-M test vehicle between 2021 and 2023, achieving kilometer-class altitude hops with successful propulsive landings — demonstrating the guidance, navigation, and control software needed for first-stage recovery.
