EOMAP's Satellite Derived Bathymetry product uses radiative transfer models calibrated to the optical properties of coastal and inland water bodies, producing depth maps accurate to roughly 0.5–1 m in optically clear shallow waters (less than 25 m depth) from satellites including Sentinel-2, Landsat-8/9, WorldView, and PlanetScope. These maps are used by port authorities for harbor nautical chart updates, coastal engineers for reef and seagrass mapping, offshore wind developers for foundation site surveys, and fisheries managers for habitat classification — in all cases at a fraction of the cost of traditional acoustic sonar bathymetric surveys.

Water quality time-series from EOMAP's Aqua-IQ platform enable lake and reservoir operators, water utilities, and environmental regulators to monitor algal bloom development, eutrophication trends, and sediment plume dynamics across entire water bodies at weekly or better temporal resolution — coverage no in-situ buoy network can match. EOMAP delivers to clients including ESRI, UNESCO, national hydrographic offices, the German Federal Institute of Hydrology (BfG), and major port authorities across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

EOMAP has been involved in ESA's Copernicus programme for water quality applications and participates in EU Horizon research projects advancing operational satellite oceanography and inland water monitoring. The company collaborates with the DLR German Aerospace Center on hyperspectral analysis methods.
