In November 2025, Exolaunch deployed 13 satellites aboard SpaceX's Bandwagon-4 mission, introducing CarboNIX NEO, a next-generation separation system for satellites up to 1,000 kg. In May 2025, Exolaunch secured multi-year contracts to continue launching on SpaceX Falcon 9 rideshare missions through 2028. The company expanded globally in 2025, opening offices in Toulouse and Tokyo. Transporter-15 brought Exolaunch past the 650 satellite deployment milestone.
