GMV

GMV is a Spanish technology group founded in 1984 and headquartered in Tres Cantos, Madrid, serving as one of Europe's largest independent space technology companies with ~2,500 employees across 14 countries. In space, GMV provides ground segment software (including its HIFLY satellite control system used by hundreds of operators globally), GNSS/navigation systems (the company is a major contractor on Galileo navigation system ground control), mission analysis, flight dynamics, and cybersecurity for space systems. GMV also has significant defense and intelligent transportation systems businesses. The company supplies ESA, EUMETSAT, national agencies, and commercial satellite operators with flight operations software, positioning it as a critical infrastructure supplier for European space. GMV acquired the ground systems business of GMV Aerospace (formerly known as Indra Space) as part of its growth.
