Independence-X Aerospace

Independence-X Aerospace (IDXA) is a Malaysian aerospace company founded in 2013 by Izmir Yamin, who serves as founder, CEO and CTO, with Wikipedia recording its headquarters as Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (a separate Wikidata record instead lists a Kuala Lumpur address, a discrepancy this research could not resolve against the company's own site). The company traces its rocket-engine work back to 2003, when it began developing a series of solid- and liquid-propellant motors — the ID-1, an upgraded ID-2, and the liquid-fuelled ID-3 — winning recognition for innovation in Malaysia's nascent private space sector.

Independence-X's current focus is the Dedicated Nano Launch Vehicle (DNLV), a small orbital launch vehicle intended to place up to roughly 200 kg into a 500 km sun-synchronous orbit, which the company had targeted for commercial readiness around 2025, alongside continued development of a cryogenic rocket engine and a Hall-effect electric thruster. The company also offers, or has proposed, microgravity experiment re-entry capsule services (MERCAP) for short-duration microgravity research, satellite development and launch integration, and ground-station services, and has discussed longer-term ambitions toward interplanetary missions.

As of the most recent public reporting available, Independence-X had not yet completed an orbital launch of the DNLV.
