Innoflight is a privately held American avionics manufacturer based in San Diego, California, founded in 2004 by CEO Jeff Janicik. The company specializes in radiation-tolerant flight computers, software-defined radios, cybersecurity modules and integrated bus-and-payload avionics for satellites — components that most satellite builders buy from specialist suppliers rather than design in-house, particularly as constellations move toward proliferated, software-defined architectures requiring NSA-certified and NIST-compliant onboard security.
