iQPS

iQPS, founded in 2005 and based in Fukuoka, Japan, is a space technology company specializing in Earth observation through Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite technology. The company develops compact, high-resolution SAR satellites designed for applications including disaster monitoring and infrastructure inspection. iQPS aims to provide near real-time Earth observation capabilities, with a vision to achieve average 10-minute revisits of specific locations globally.

A key differentiator for iQPS is its planned satellite constellation. The company is building towards a network of 36 small SAR satellites, with an initial phase of 24 satellites targeted for 2027.
