Through the Ground Operations Center as a Service (GOCaaS) model, Parsons performs satellite contacts using the OrbitXchange network, providing 24/7 operations capacity with hardware, software, spacecraft operators, power backup, and redundant systems including next-pass anomaly contact scheduling and automated contact optimization with built-in cybersecurity. The company serves as sole-source provider for DARPA Blackjack Ground Operations and supports NOAA Polar Operational Environmental Satellites (POES) Extended Life contracts for POES-15, 18, and 19 spacecraft.

Space Force selected Parsons to provide integrated ground and operations solutions for the MTC Epoch 1 missile warning, missile tracking, and missile track custody program, with at least six satellites planned for launch by late 2026 and a MEO space operations center in Colorado. For three decades, Parsons has led Space Domain Awareness missions for the U.S. Government and allied partners.

Parsons' Launch Manifest Systems Integration (LMSI) service provides affordable rideshare capabilities for small satellites aboard existing government payloads, successfully delivering five launches for Space Force with additional multi-manifest missions planned.
