Its electrical power system diagnostics model, validated by NASA, lets satellite operators infer component health from on-board sensor data and suggests remediation in near real time — useful because power system degradation is a leading cause of satellite failure and is difficult to diagnose remotely. A second radar model tracks and predicts objects in three dimensions and distinguishes object classes such as aircraft from drones.
The company was founded by Mark Chavira, Johannes Waldstein and Geoff Bough. It raised a $4 million seed round announced in May 2025, co-led by Scout Ventures and Seraphim Space with participation from Sovereign's Capital, Flex Capital, FN Fund and angel investor Gokul Rajaram.
