Quindar

Quindar is a satellite operations software company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, founded in 2021 by Nate Hamet and Ravi Raghavan, both formerly of OneWeb and other satellite operators. The company builds a cloud-native mission operations and telemetry platform designed to replace the legacy on-premises mission-control software that has historically locked satellite operators into custom single-fleet deployments.

The Quindar platform provides fleet management, automated anomaly detection, telemetry ingest, and commanding in a multi-tenant SaaS model, enabling small operators to run constellations without building a full ground-software stack. Quindar has announced customers in the commercial Earth-observation and communications satellite sectors, and has raised seed and Series A funding from investors including Y Combinator, Seraphim Space, and Founders Fund.

The company is part of a broader shift toward software-defined satellite operations, alongside peers such as Kubos, Epsilon3, and Infinite Orbits, aimed at reducing the time and capital small operators need to spend on non-differentiated ground infrastructure.
