Regulus Cyber

Regulus Cyber (now operating its public-facing brand simply as "Regulus") is an Israeli company headquartered in Haifa that built its business on protecting GNSS (GPS/GNSS) receivers from spoofing and jamming attacks, technology directly applicable to satellites, satellite ground terminals and other systems — such as autonomous vehicles, drones and aircraft — that depend on satellite navigation signals for position, navigation and timing. The company's originating insight, as described on its own site, was that GNSS-dependent platforms, particularly drones, were vulnerable to low-cost spoofing and jamming, and it built detection and protection capability around that vulnerability.

Over time Regulus expanded from a GNSS-spoofing-detection technology vendor into a broader counter-unmanned-aerial-systems (counter-UAS) company, adding RF detection (passively identifying drone threats across more than 70 drone communication protocols using AI-based signal analysis), RF/datalink jamming, and a unified command-and-control platform (LeC2) that integrates sensors from multiple vendors. Its current hardware includes the Ring series of soft-kill electronic-warfare systems (Ring 3, Ring 4, Ring 5) and an in-development DART kinetic interceptor.

The company states its systems have reached Technology Readiness Level 9, have been selected by the U.S. Department of Defense, and describes its technology as combat-proven with thousands of real-world drone neutralisations, though it does not publicly name specific military customers.

Regulus's original GNSS-spoofing-protection product line — aimed at securing satellite and autonomous-system navigation against spoofing — remains the technical foundation of the company's later counter-UAS platform, even as its commercial focus and public branding have shifted toward drone defence.
