The Prime2 Space-Grade chip is a digital beamformer ASIC designed for massive MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) antennas in space, serving as a cornerstone for complex satellite communication systems. The Prime 2.0 chip is a True Time Delay Digital Beam Former designed for satellite antenna payloads, forming the core for building Electrically Steered Multibeam Antennas of nearly any size up to 10,000 antenna elements.

SatixFy's electronically steerable arrays harness digital beamforming ASICs, complementary RF MMICs, and modem ASICs generating required waveforms. Digital signal routing across antenna panels significantly reduces RF routing complexities when multiple beams or large arrays are required, making their arrays ideal building blocks for flat antenna panels.

In 2024, SatixFy received a landmark order exceeding $20 million for Prime2 Space-Grade Digital Beam Former Chips from a world-leading technology company building a global LEO satellite network. In November 2024, SatixFy signed a milestone $39 million contract with Telesat to develop Landing Station Baseband Units for the Lightspeed Network. In April 2025, MDA Space announced plans to acquire SatixFy, bringing scale and resources to deliver groundbreaking solutions with the transaction expected to close in Q3 2025.
