About Sidereus Space Dynamics
Sidereus Space Dynamics was an Italian aerospace startup developing the EOS small launch vehicle along with associated propulsion, structures, avionics and ground-infrastructure technology, describing its effort as one of Europe's most ambitious privately funded orbital launch programs. In September 2026 the company announced it had concluded its research and development activities in Italy and Europe and would not continue operations in the region, moving instead to liquidate its technology assets and intellectual property to qualified industrial partners. The wind-down marks the end of one of the more closely watched independent European small-launcher efforts.
