Spire Assure, founded in 2012 and based in San Francisco, is a data and analytics company specializing in the design, build, and operation of a large multipurpose satellite constellation. The company focuses on delivering data-driven insights across multiple sectors, including weather & climate, aviation, maritime, and government, with a core offering in space-based risk assessment and insurance analytics. Spire leverages its constellation – one of the largest of its kind in Low Earth Orbit – to collect and analyze radio frequency (RF) signals, weather data, and tracking information.
