Triumph Group Space (TGI, NYSE: TGI) is the space-focused segment of Triumph Group Inc., a Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based aerospace manufacturing conglomerate with approximately $1.3B in annual revenues that has supplied structural components, assemblies, and systems to virtually every major U.S. launch vehicle and spacecraft program over its three decades of operation. Triumph Group Space manufactures composite and metallic primary structures for launch vehicles — including payload fairings, interstage adapters, thrust structures, and propellant tanks — as well as thermal protection system (TPS) components, aircraft structures, and mechanical assemblies. The company has supplied structural elements to United Launch Alliance's Atlas V and Delta IV programs, NASA's Space Launch System (SLS), and various commercial satellite programs. Triumph's expertise in high-performance composite structures (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) for load-bearing aerospace applications reflects decades of experience in both commercial aviation (fuselage sections, wing components for Boeing and Airbus) and defense aerospace (F-35 structural assemblies). In the space sector specifically, Triumph manufactures filament-wound composite propellant tanks, machined aluminum thrust structures, precision-formed TPS panels, and metallic joining structures that interface between stages and between rockets and spacecraft.
