Starship Flight 12 (V3)
May 1, 2026Debut of the upgraded Version 3 Starship (~408 ft tall, 100+ metric tons to LEO) using Booster 19 and Ship 39. First launch from the new Starbase Pad 2. Booster 19 completed a 33-engine static fire on April 15, 2026 and Ship 39 static-fired April 14. Targets May 2026.

Tianwen-2
Jun 1, 2026China's first asteroid sample-return mission targeting near-Earth quasi-satellite Kamoʻoalewa. Will achieve orbit insertion around the asteroid in June 2026, collect samples in July, then continue to the main-belt comet 311P/PANSTARRS. Returns samples to Earth ~2031.

Cygnus NG-24 (S.S. Steven R. Nagel)
OperationalNorthrop Grumman's 24th Cygnus resupply mission to the ISS, flying in the larger Cygnus XL configuration (5,000 kg cargo). Launched April 11 from Cape Canaveral; captured by Canadarm2 and berthed April 13, 2026. Cargo includes Cold Atom Laboratory hardware, biological research, and ionosphere monitoring equipment. Will remain berthed ~6 months.

OperationalNASA Commercial Crew rotation mission carrying commander Jessica Meir, pilot Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev to the ISS. Launched February 13, 2026 from CCSFS SLC-40; docked February 14 for an ~8-month stay as part of Expedition 73/74.

New Glenn NG-3
Third New Glenn mission and historic first successful reuse of the 188-ft booster 'Never Tell Me the Odds.' Launched April 19, 2026 from LC-36, delivering AST SpaceMobile BlueBird 7 (Block 2 direct-to-smartphone satellite) to LEO. Booster recovered on landing platform 'Jacklyn' — Blue Origin's first demonstrated booster reuse.
Artemis II
First crewed Artemis mission sending four astronauts (Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, Jeremy Hansen) on a 10-day lunar flyby aboard Orion. Launched April 1, 2026 from KSC LC-39B; Orion completed a free-return lunar flyby on Flight Day 6 (April 6) and splashed down in the Pacific southwest of San Diego on April 10, 2026. First humans to travel beyond LEO since Apollo 17 in 1972.
