Bio
Dr. Donovan is the founder and editor of New Space Tracker and sets its editorial direction. He owns the company dataset, decides which sectors, companies and missions get deep-dive treatment, and signs off every long-form piece and every verified company profile before it is published.
He is a physicist by training and a technology writer by trade. He tracks the whole of the space industry rather than one corner of it: launch and propulsion, satellite manufacturing, in-orbit services, defence, and the race between governments and companies to control access to orbit. The decisions being made now, in ministries, procurement offices and boardrooms, will decide who owns the infrastructure of the next century, and he thinks that is worth watching closely.
He also edits Quantum Zeitgeist, Hadamard LLC's quantum technology title, where he covers the full quantum stack from fault-tolerant computing to post-quantum cryptography. Corrections and profile requests reach him through the contact page.
